When are my followers notified after a missed check-in?

If you miss a check-in, your circle of followers will receive a notification 30 minutes after your scheduled check-in time. You can also enable location tracking in settings, which would share your phone's last known location along with the notification.

You will receive a reminder at check-in time, 15 minutes after your check-in time and then another notification after 30 minutes letting you know your circle was alerted.

If you need flexibility in your check-in times, you can adjust the Early Check-In Window on the settings page in the app. We recommend choosing your latest "normal" check-in time and then adjusting your early check-in window to whatever suits your needs. If you check-in early within that window, your circle will not be alerted.
